Open Call: SubSirup

Sirup is a network of artists, curators, coders and musicians from Linz's art and culture scene. The former Grand Filou dance café on Urfahraner Hauptstraße is hosting a wide-ranging cultural program since January 2024.

As part of the “SubSirup” program series, we are offering the opportunity to use our exhibition rooms and spaces for our recurring SubSirup events.

This call is aimed at media artists, DJs, VJs, etc., both, as individual artists and groups. We are looking for works from the fields of media art, installations and sculpture. Existing or site-specific works can be submitted for one or more spaces. The submitted works will be selected by an internal jury of the association and a guest curator.
A viewing of the premises is possible by arrangement.
